Rental Information:
Seasonal: March 1 thru September 30, or by arrangement.
We require a deposit. The rental deposit
becomes a security deposit and will be returned after the rental period. This security deposit is subject to lost keys, damage
to premises, articles missing from rental, excessive fish or smoking odor in the cabin, contamination of the refrigerator
intake coils due to water run off from fresh fish being put in the freezer for freezing. (please note this odor can ruin a refrigerator) Bag and seal your fish prior to freezing.

Policies - No Pets are allowed
due to the possiblilty of distrubing everyone else.
Tents are no longer permitted in the back of the cabins due
to regulations.
At this time, smoking is permitted only because of the small number of cabins we have. However,
we would prefer you not smoke. At least go outside and smoke if possible. We consider excessive smoking odor to be damage
to the cabin. The cost involved in returning this cabin to normal will be charged to the party renting the cabin.

Arrival: We have the key. Please call us at (580)886-2269 a week or so prior to arrival
to make key pickup arrangements. Please be sure to leave a message if you get no answer. A office is not maintained so you
will get a return call as soon as possible.

Linens: Not provided, bring your own
Supplies: Kitchens are not supplied with dishes, cooking pans, cooking utensils, and silverware. You will need
to bring your own personal items and supplies.
Groceries: A general store and restaurant (The Overlook) is close
by located on the dam. A supermarket is located three miles away in Canton.
Appliances: The cabins are equipped
with a refrigerator, double full size sink, and a four burner gas cooktop, and a burner top coffee pot. Please clean them
upon departure. No oven or microwave provided.
Outside Grilles: Two outside charcoal type grilles and a picnic
table are located behind the cabins.
Trash: Tenants are responsible for removing all trash. There
are dumpsters located behind the cabins. NO FISH IN DUMPSTERS
Driving Directions: From Canton four way stoplight,
travel west .75 miles west on 51 Hwy, turn right (north) @ Canton Farm Supply driving 1.5 miles, continue around curve, stop
at the three way intersection, continue straight ahead around next curve, stop at the four way intersection, then continue
straight ahead (north) approximately 1 mile (avoid opportunity to turn right at 1/4 mile), continue north bound, make the
second left hand turn in front of a turquoise metal store building (Lakeside Grocery). Follow gravel road straight and then
to the left to Canton Lake Cabins. Cabins are dark chocolate brown with a silver/white tin roof. The cabin numbers are posted
to the right of each cabin entrance door.
